How are you?

Thanks for any good tips for our future adventure in south America... so exciting!
John and I leave for Brazil in just five more weeks!

In the first week I am thrilled that my book - Fear-Free Children-will be published in Portuguese.
Hopefully the publisher in Sao Paulo will take good care of me while John goes to his conference in Porto Alegre.

Then John and I have 8 weeks to travel - going to amazing places like Machu Pichu in Peru and then to Equador and Columbia and then the Amazon. We leave 23rd July and are not back till Oct 1st. I shall have to work very hard before and after so I can pay for it!

We are arriving the fri night of 23rd July and John will stay that night with me and next day noon he will go to Porto Alegre for his conference.

Then we will meet at the airport in SP the following saturday to go to Iguazu Falls and then go up to Peru and then north and then to Rio and to Manaus and finally back to Santiago and home by first week in october - so that will be nine weeks altogether -
